WELCOME TO BTBX

First time?! No worries…we’ve got you covered and we can’t wait to have you!

Try to make it to BTBX 15 minutes before your first class. This way we can walk you through the layout and what to except.

1. Come on in and meet us at the front desk. We will get you ready with your Wraps and Gloves! 

2. Once you put your stuff away in our lockers, your instructor will then welcome you into class

3. Find your starting spot on either the Floor or the Bag

LEARNING THE PUNCHES – We teach the 6 punches before EVERY class. These are the only punches you will need to know. So don’t worry if you have never done it before!

4. Together we will do a group warm up to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing before we start Round 1. 

5. Bell rings for Round 1 and we are off to the races! 

6. After 3 rounds, you will switch from your starting station to the corresponding station on the other side

For 45 minutes you will either be doing awesome combos on your water-filled boxing bag or muscle sculpting resistance training at your floor station. A combination of these two and you’re TRAINING LIKE A BOXER
