BEATBOX COVID-19 PROCEDURES

At BEATBOX our top priority is the health and safety of our community. We are making necessary changes to ensure that you are only IMPROVING your health when you come to a BEATBOX class. With extensive cleaning procedures, we will do everything we can to make sure that BEATBOX is a safe and healthy studio for all.

SAFETY & HYGIENE PROCEDURES

  • Canadian Government Approved for COVID Disinfectant will be used in between every class to clean gym floor, mats, each dumbbell and the boxing bags
  • Extra disinfectant wipes and bottles will be available inside the studio for those who wish to wipe down their own equipment as well
  • Class times will be spread out throughout the day to allow for enhanced cleaning procedures
  • High touch surfaces such as floors, lockers, reception desk and more will be cleaned regularly
  • Increased time between classes will limit the amount of people in the reception area at once
  • The showers will remain closed for now

GLOVES, GLOVES, GLOVES

Glove Rental Cleaning Process

  •  There is FREE Glove Rental for anyone that comes to take a BEATBOX class
  • All gloves are 14oz artificial leather with perforated palms for ventilation
  • Once a pair of gloves is worn, it is then dropped in the “GLOVE” bin after class
  • The gloves will then be brought down into our cleaning room in the basement
  • Each individual glove is sanitized thoroughly inside and out
  • The gloves are then dried out for over 48 hours
  • With our glove drying system, our gloves move through a rack to ensure that they are not re-used for at least 48 hours after being sanitized and cleaned
  • This allows for optimal time for the glove to be cleaned, dried and sanitized before a new client uses them
